I conduct online therapy via zoom from my home office 2-3 days of the week (typically every Friday and every other Monday, with some variation) between the hours of 9 am – 4 pm. Video sessions are scheduled for about an hour just like in person therapy and you will be sent a unique zoom link for your sessions. If I am not contracted with your insurance, or if you choose not to use insurance, my private pay rate is $200 per hour payable at time of session. Please keep in mind that there is a sliding scale available, and I am able to offer a limited amount of negotiated rate sessions. Please inquire if this fee is a barrier, I’m happy to answer your questions and collaborate with you if there is a need for a reduced rate.I am in network with several insurance companies including Pacific Source OHP, Pacific Source Community Solutions, Providence and Moda, and I am able to bill Aetna and United plans as well. It is possible that your services may be covered in full or in part, please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

In our first appointment, we will go over the paperwork that you completed during the intake process and confirm signed consents, practice policies and we will work together to create a plan of care that works for you. This is an informal session in which we will get to know each other better and will allow me to tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs.

If you find that you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session which will not be covered by your insurance.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate, a document that shows you what you can expect regarding your financial investment in your therapy process. The numbers here will be dependent on your negotiated rate and our collaborative plan of care.
