Counseling In-Person in Sisters & Online Across Oregon
There has to be more to life than this.
It sometimes feels like life is navigating a maze with no clear direction forward, leaving you unsure of who you are or what you stand for. This makes it hard to connect to the present, and you end up just going through the motions of life rather than living it. You feel like something is missing—maybe authenticity or fulfillment—but don’t know how to even begin to address that in the midst of everything you have going on.
And it’s even more disorienting when everything keeps shifting—new roles you’re expected to fill, changes in relationships, or the loss of someone you care about. You might feel stuck, uncertain of you are in this new season of life. It’s easy to get caught up in overthinking, feeling anxious or inadequate, and wondering if you’re ever going to find the confidence to move forward.

It turns out that staying busy doesn’t actually make you feel better. It’s time to try something new.
I work with teens (14+) & adults who…
Are feeling lost, unmotivated, or like their life lacks purpose
Put pressure on themselves to perform well and please others
Want to let go of things from the past that are no longer serving them
Feel disconnected from the people they care about
Are looking for an unbiased, outside perspective and a new sense of direction
my approach
Helping you deepen your relationship with yourself & the world around you.
When we begin working together, my focus will be on understanding your whole life story—everything from your early childhood experiences to the values you've developed over time. I believe that all of these elements shape who you are today and influence how you navigate the world. Our first session will be about exploring what brought you to therapy, and from there, we'll figure out the best approach to help you move forward.
You can show up in life as the person you want to be.
One of the approaches I often use, called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is about creating space between what happens to you and how you react to it. We’ll work together to recognize that you have choices, even in difficult moments, and learn how to respond in ways that align with your values rather than just acting on emotion. This way, you can make decisions that feel right for you in the long term.
Throughout our work together, I'll be here as a supportive and calming presence, guiding you along this journey to a more authentic you. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions honestly. I’ll also be direct with you, not in a judgmental way, but in a way that encourages growth and understanding. My hope is that through our partnership, you’ll start to see yourself through a lens of compassion and feel empowered to define what being well means for you.

I want to help you see yourself in a new light and get what you want out of life.

The number of sessions can vary depending on what you're going through and what you want to work on together. Some peoplemay start feeling better after a few months of weekly sessions, while others may benefit from digging deep and taking more time. We can adjust the pace of the work based on what feels right for you.

Depression can show up differently from person to person. You might feel persistently sad, lose interest in things you used to enjoy, or feel really tired all the time. Changes in sleep, appetite, or difficulty concentrating can also be signs. Therapy is a great place to get to the bottom of what’s going on and learn new ways to manage depressive symptoms.

Anxiety often comes with constant worry or feeling on edge. You might notice physical symptoms like a racing heart, sweating, or trouble sleeping. Sometimes, it can feel like your mind is always spinning with "what if" thoughts. In therapy, you can slow down and figure out the source of your anxiety and learn to create more calm in your life.
